Terms of Sale

All animals are bred and hatched in our facility, unless stated otherwise. They are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed. We will need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt if there is a problem with the animal.

If calling, please leave a voicemail if I do not answer. Calls will not be returned without a message being left.

Before the animal can be shipped, full payment will need to be received in full. We take payment via PayPal, money order, cashiers check or personal check and Visa and MasterCard over the phone. Personal checks need to be made out to KDF Reptiles LLC., and need to clear the bank before payment is considered complete.

Deposits will only be taken on animals that are available. Deposits are only required to hold an animal and will be 25% of the animals price. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another animal. If you are interested in any of the expected offspring from a project, we will make a waiting list that will be first come, first serve. We will update any persons on the waiting list of developments in the project.

We do accept payment plans. Payment plans will work as follows: For animals under $300, we will not accept payment plans. Animals between $300 and $1,000, we will do 30 day payment plans, with the balance due within 30 days of the initial deposit. Animals that are priced over $1,000, we will discuss payment plan options on a per customer basis. Any payments made after the agreed upon payment plan will be assessed a $25 late fee. Once again, deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable. If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, until it is paid off. If it sells before you pay-off the animal, you can transfer your entire account to another animal, or receive a refund minus your deposit. There will be no discounts on a payment plan.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once animal is paid for, no refunds will be given. Instead, a credit for the amount paid will go towards another animal of equal or greater value.

All animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with heat packs, cool packs and/or holes as necessary. Shipping will be done overnight, door-to-door via Fed-Ex. FedEx is our preferred method of shipment. When shipping with FedEx, animals are not guaranteed to be live if no one is home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

We currently ship to the lower 48 states. International shipping is coming soon.

Animal pick-up can be arranged for local customers, or to a show, as long as the show is not over 30 days away. Animals kept over 30 days after the payment has been received will be assessed $10/month for feeding and care, unless weather is the reason that shipping cannot be done.
